The key to selling your home is its first impression. By using our Real Estate Staging service, it will help eliminate that extra-added stress that selling can cause plus you will have much less to do if your move-out date is earlier than expected!

Statistics state homes that have been staged sell more quickly and for more money than those that were not staged.

The actual staging process includes de cluttering, furniture placement, art & accessory grouping and other general decorating solutions. You may rent or purchase these items.

You may also need to change or freshen up your walls with some new paint It is important that the seller gives himself or herself enough time to accomplish the necessary changes (including renovations if needed) during the pre-sale period.

Our Home Staging Consultation features a visit by our Certified Staging Professional.

Whether your home needs a fresh coat of paint or you need help with the landscape, to give the home a better curb appeal. We can help!

Our team of professionals is here to make things a little easier for you.

During the visit you will learn important dos and don’ts of selling real estate.

You will also learn valuable tips on de-personalizing your home and de-cluttering.

Our recommendations are mainly centered on making changes that will bring value to your home but will not be limited to improving the overall marketing appeal of the property. During the consultation, we will educate you on the importance of properly positioning the sale of your property above the rest to ensure yours is the one buyers love and remember.

The purpose of the consultation is to help you prepare your property for sale. If you choose to stage it yourself or have it staged professionally by us, this is essentially the first step in getting it ready.

At the end of the consultation you will receive a detailed personalized report detailing room by room our professional recommendations.

Home Staging After Consultation

Once the Consultation has been done and the pre-staging work is complete, the property is ready to be staged and showcased. Home Staging can typically be completed in one day, depending on the size of the home.

Our goal is to make your property infinitely more attractive and completely irresistible to buyers. We’ll create “Wow” factors throughout the property while making it warm and inviting. More importantly, we’ll make your property “sellable.” We’ll use staging techniques to increase the appearance of small spaces, minimize the overall appearance of flaws and increase the flow of energy in your home.

This home is located in Mississauga. The basement of this home was staged. This room was cluttered and dark. We choose light colour paint. We painted the walls and all doors one colour, which made the room appear brighter and larger. We added new artwork and accessories. The client’s budget did not allow us to add new furniture, so we used the furniture that was there.

This very bare Oakville home was staged. We packed up all the children toys that took over the room. The family room needed artwork, accessories, pillows, area rug and a coffee table.

This Oakville living room was staged. The living room furniture was too big for the room. We redesigned the room to make the room appear larger. We took out the loveseat and armchair and replaced the armchair with a much smaller scale chair, and we added a coffee table.

The artwork on the wall was already there. I would of liked to re hang the artwork but it would of left some holes.

This Oakville child’s room had a lot going on. The room had a lot of toys on the floor, so we de cluttered the room. We put the toys in baskets. We also took out the treadmill that did not belong in the room.

This Oakville child’s bathroom was staged by Jackie Connolly’s team. The bathroom had a lot of toys on the floor and the bathtub, so we de cluttered the room. We took off the stickers that were on the wall. We added white towels and added a beautiful shower curtain to freshen up the bathroom.
